Mechanical Engineer in the Navy. I understand the “Hard” systems:
Heating, Pluming, Electrical. I know attention to detail is important to

| Education and experience in all aspects
of residential construction, including Foundation, Structure, Roofing, Water
Penetration, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning), Electrical,
Plumbing, Exterior / Interior Evaluation and Insulation. |
| Education and training in Building Science,
including all aspects of building performance in the Alaskan
environment to include ventilation, insulation, moisture
control, air quality, proper sizing and installation of heating
equipment, blower door testing and diagnostics, energy rating,
mold testing and remediation. |
| Successfully passed the American
Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Approved National Home Inspector Exam, as
well as the National Association of Certified Home Inspector (NACHI) Exam. |
| Licensed by the State of Alaska and
must complete 8 hours of state-approved continuing education each year to
retain that license. |
| Member in Good Standing of the largest Professional Home
Inspector Association in the nation.

for Errors and Omissions as well as a Certificate of Indemnity that covers
any Realtor or Broker who refers or works with me. This protects the seller,
the buyer, the agent and the broker, and myself. |
