bullet20 years experience with property management and home repair. My father owned a construction company, and I helped build the house I grew up in.
bulletAlmost 20 years experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the Navy. I understand the “Hard” systems: Heating, Pluming, Electrical. I know attention to detail is important to keep things "ship shape."
bulletEducation and experience in all aspects of residential construction, including Foundation, Structure, Roofing, Water Penetration, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning), Electrical, Plumbing, Exterior / Interior Evaluation and Insulation.   
bulletEducation and training in Building Science, including all aspects of building performance in the Alaskan environment to include ventilation, insulation, moisture control, air quality, proper sizing and installation of heating equipment, blower door testing and diagnostics, energy rating, mold testing and remediation.
